1. Membership Terms and conditions:

- This agreement will become binding on you and Lifestyle Solutions Fitness Studio when you book your first class, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and Lifestyle Solutions Fitness Studio. 

- You are entitled to all the rights and privileges set for the type of member you have chosen with us: Monthly Member, Block Booking customer or Pay As You Go customer.

- This agreement cannot be transferred to anyone else. 

2. Membership Direct Debit:

Your monthly membership fees will be taken on the 1st of each month through GoCardless. Should you join part way through a month, your first payment will  be pro-rated for that month and will be taken on the 1st of the following month, along with that month's payment.  

3. Block Booking & Pay As You Go payments:

Payments will be taken on booking using Stripe, prior to attending any classes. 

4. Cancellation Policy:

Any Pay As You Go and Block Booking customers must cancel a class more than 24 hours prior to the start time of that class to avoid being charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur the full class fee. 

5. Health Disclosure:

To the best of your knowledge you are in good health and not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise and that such exercise will not negatively affect your health, comfort, wellbeing or physical condition. If your circumstances change, or you have an existing health condition, you are obligated to let your Class Instructor or Personal Trainer know immediately.
