Privacy Policy



Here at Lifestyle Solutions Fitness Studio we like to keep things super simple but in order to ensure you get the most out of our booking system, we do need you to set up your own secure profile page with your details, including:

- Your name

- Your date of birth

- Your email

- Your address

- Your telephone and/or mobile number

This information is necessary to enable full access to our class booking system and use of the studio. 

We do not hold any of your bank details or card information on this site - we use a secure and trusted platform called GoCardless for direct debits, and we use a system called Stripe for our card payments in the studio. Both of which are integrations provided through the ClubRight system.

You are entitled at anytime to request details on any personal information we may hold about you and to request that any such information is deleted, however please be aware that you are fully in control of your own details through your profile page. Should you ask us to delete your information please be aware that you will no longer be able to attend classes, Personal Training sessions or Group Training sessions.

In order to keep our customers up to date with the latest information about the studio, we utilise the following:

1. Our mailing List: 

We like to stay in touch from time to time via email and use a third party system called MailChimp to help us do that. To ensure our communications are relevant and of use to our subscribers, we collect and analyse statistics such as open rates, unsubscribes and link click-throughs. You can always unsubscribe simply by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any of our emails, or please do get in touch with our data protection officer, Shaun Windo. 2. Our customer text service:

When you set up a new profile on this platform, you will be asked if you'd like to subscribe to our customer text service. We will use this from time to time to let customers know about any changes to class information and waiting lists. 

You will be asked whether you consent to any such communications during the sign up process.

3. Other data we collect:

In order to ensure you are getting the most out of your time with us and making the most of your membership or class use type, we collect and analyse the following information - 

  • Your class usage record
  • Your preference for particular classes or Personal Training
  • Your contact with us, for example via email or telephone
  • Your membership information (this includes Block Booking and Pay As You Go) - such as dates of payments owed or received, the services you use and any other such information about you.

We will use your personal information to provide you with the best service we possibly can by:

Ensure you are provided with types of services you have requested;

Confirm attendance at classes you have booked;

For administration purposes;

To help us understand how you use our services and to help us develop new services which may be of interest;

To contact you with offers and promotions based on what we think you will be interested in (unless you have opted out of this option);

To help us respond to any queries or concerns you may have about our services.
